- Nursing : Emergency Action by caring staff .
- Cleaning of public areas .
- 24 hours Security
The monthly fee includes: 3 meals a day , water & electricity and cleaning units .
24 Hour Care is at an additional cost charged .
Monthly charge amounts is available on request .
Other services available include but are not limited to (additional fees may apply):
- Covered parking.
- All maintenance work on private property will be charged at time and materials .
- Serving meals in the rooms.
- Rent of Telephones.
- Hair Salon
- Library
- Weekly church services
